Exchanges are available for most items. You must contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it. I must receive the piece within 10 days of your having received the order. I currently do not accept returns. Custom order pieces are not available for return or exchange.
Items under $300 are shipped out via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, Monday-Thursday. If an order comes in after 12pm on Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday. Base shipping charges are $6.00 within the U.S., $9.00 everywhere else. USPS does not provide tracking information for international orders. Alexis Russell is not responsible for items held or lost at customs.
